What is the maximum capacity of the venue?

Our maximum capacity is 200 people. However, our barn holds approximately 100 guests inside. Expanded seating is recommended with tents coming off of the barn to ensure comfort for everyone.

Where do we park for our event?

We have 2 large fields for parking. We also provide staff service as a “Hitch-On” to ensure safe and efficient placement of all guest vehicles. Near the cabin, there is a private drive for discreet entrance for you and your wedding party to arrive.

Can we have alcohol?

Alcohol outside of being served within our saloon is prohibited. We require a licensed person to serve all alcoholic beverages along with a liquor permit (beer, wine & seltzer). If hard liquor is desired, we require you go through a licensed caterer.

What happens if there is inclement weather?

We are an outdoor venue. We offer tents and / or heaters that can be rented to assist. However, it is the responsibility of the client to have a contingency plan if there is adverse weather conditions.
